Hi, I'm Sally Baxter
I first started yoga as a form of physical exercise and stress relief, I wanted something to benefit me physically and enable me to switch my mind off from the stress of the day. Almost immediately I was able to sleep better, the tensions in my neck and back lifted and I felt more relaxed and happy - yoga quickly became my passion and I have now practiced for nearly forty years, primarily taught by British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teachers. I always dreamt of becoming a yoga teacher myself and when I gave up working full time I had the opportunity to train and fulfil that dream - join me in one of my classes and catch the passion!!
